This Privacy Policy explains how the Android game "Class of '09" (package com.makertag.pricing, "the game") handles information. By using the game you agree to this policy.

1. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
The game has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, location or files. We do not run our own servers and do not receive any personal data from you.

2. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Your save files, settings and unlocked endings are stored only on your device, in the game's private storage. We cannot see them. If you uninstall the game or clear its data, they are deleted.

3. ADVERTISING
The game shows ads using AppLovin MAX, an ad mediation service provided by AppLovin Corporation, together with the ad networks it works with (for example AppLovin and Meta Audience Network). To show and measure ads, these providers may collect and use:
- Your device's advertising ID (Google Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device and operating system information, such as model, screen size, language and network type
- Ad interaction data, such as ads shown, clicked or completed
This data is collected by those providers under their own privacy policies, not by us. Please read:

We do not sell personal data. Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some US states), you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice.

4. REWARDED ADS
Some features (such as returning to your last choice, hints or previewing a locked ending message) are available if you choose to watch an optional ad. Watching is always your choice.

5. YOUR CHOICES
- Reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads.
- Use the consent prompt, where it is shown, to manage your choices.
- Uninstall the game at any time to stop all data processing by it.

6. CHILDREN
The game contains mature themes and is not intended for children. It is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the game, contact us and we will help.

7. SECURITY
The game stores data only on your device and uses the Android system's security. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. INTERNATIONAL USE
Ad providers may process data in countries other than your own, under their own policies.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy. The new version will carry a new effective date and will be published at the same location as this policy.
