MAKERTAG PRIVACY POLICY Effective date: October 1, 2026 MakerTag is an offline craft pricing and fair sales app. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled. INFORMATION STORED IN THE APP MakerTag stores information you enter, including product names, categories, materials and labour inputs, notes, pricing preferences, fair details, and sales records. This information is stored locally on your device so the app can provide its features. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND SHARING MakerTag does not require an account and does not send your app data to the developer or to an online service. The app does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking. No personal information is collected by the developer through the app. BACKUPS You may choose to export a backup file using Android’s file picker. The file is saved to the location you select and may contain your products, pricing preferences, fairs, and sales. Anyone who can access that file may be able to read its contents. Keep exported backups in a place you trust. You may import a previously exported backup from a file you select; restoring replaces the app’s current local records after confirmation. RETENTION AND DELETION Your records remain in the app’s local storage until you delete them in the app or remove the app and its data from your device. Exported backup files are separate from the app and must be deleted from the location where you saved them. CHILDREN MakerTag is a general-purpose productivity app and is not designed to collect information from children. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY If the app’s data practices change, this policy will be updated to describe the new practices and the effective date.
